Today, Saneu is honored to welcome our customer, Mr. Jaime, from Colombia. Jaime is a farmer who manages a local coffee plantation and exports Colombian coffee worldwide. Due to the rapid growth of his business, Jaime has had to add several coffee packaging machines to his operations. After comparing multiple suppliers, he ultimately chose the Saneu brand.
First Cooperation
Jaime was introduced to us by a friend and began contacting us in October 2023. Saneu arranged for our sales manager, Ada, to get in touch with Jaime. After fully understanding his coffee production capacity needs, Ada customized the best packaging solution for him. During this first collaboration, we recommended a small coffee filling machine to Jaime and offered a 30% discount. Jaime quickly placed the order and received the small coffee filling machine a month later. Upon receiving the machine, Ada guided Jaime through a video call on how to use and maintain it. After using it for some time, Jaime was very satisfied with the quality of the Saneu coffee filling machine and expressed a desire to visit us.
Customer Visits the Saneu Factory
In March 2024, Ada received a text message from Jaime on WhatsApp, expressing his hope to arrive in China in April to attend the Canton Fair and visit our factory. Ada immediately replied,: “Hello Jaime, that’s great! I’m looking forward to meeting you!”
Jaime arrived in China on April 8th and participated in the Canton Fair. During this time, he inspected many coffee packaging machines, but he couldn’t find a style that completely satisfied him. Finally, on April 17th, Jaime decided to visit the Saneu factory. Ada warmly welcomed Jaime and they took a group photo in front of the drip coffee packaging machine.

Ada took Jaime to see the coffee packaging machines produced by Saneu Company and showed him the production process of each machine. Jaime carefully inspected Saneu’s coffee packaging machines and developed a keen interest in the drip coffee packaging machine, which he decided to purchase. He expressed his intention to discuss more transaction details and processes concerning the drip coffee packaging machine after returning to Colombia.
Customer Gifts
During Jaime’s visit to Saneu, he brought tequila brewed in Colombia as well as his coffee products. In return, we warmly invited Jaime to enjoy Chinese food.
